Shipping and Return Policy

Shipment:

  • We ship worldwide, with the exception of some countries with complicated political situations that are not within our shipping record.
  • Shipping costs are indicated in the item description.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All products can be returned, except personalized products.
  • To request a return, please contact our customer service for instructions.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in their original packaging and with the jewelry box intact .
  • Shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part or a defective product.
  • Once we receive the return and it has been verified to comply with our return policies, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Custom Products:

  • Personalized products are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
  • If a custom product arrives defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service so we can resolve the issue.
