Shipping and Return Policy
Shipment:
- We ship worldwide, with the exception of some countries with complicated political situations that are not within our shipping record.
- Shipping costs are indicated in the item description.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Return:
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All products can be returned, except personalized products.
- To request a return, please contact our customer service for instructions.
- Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in their original packaging and with the jewelry box intact .
- Shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part or a defective product.
- Once we receive the return and it has been verified to comply with our return policies, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Custom Products:
- Personalized products are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
- If a custom product arrives defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service so we can resolve the issue.
